A-B Christmas Party

So last night was the infamous A-B Christmas party. It was held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfield. We went with our friends and neighbors the Roberts. Once we were there we received play money to gamble with and could cash in for raffle tickets with our winnings. There was also a pretty good buffet and a band playing. Jeff had to leave the event at 10 PM so he could head off to work the night shift.

Jeff and I at our house before leaving for the party. I felt like we were going to the Prom or something. :)

Pete and Kristen.

We were all trying our hand at blackjack.

Jeff and his boss Damon along with Dana and Seth Thomas.

Thanksgiving '08

Hello all. This is what we did for Thanksgiving. We had a nice potluck dinner at our friends The Sanfillipo's. we had 12 folks in all and it was a great time. Notice how we fried the turkey outside? That's how warm it was!! We were even toasty in our thin sweaters. How nice it is to live in California. Now if it can only be this warm come Christmas!!

Look at this spread!

Carving the turkey. We actually had two...one was fried and one was baked.

Maria Sanfillipo on her horsey. She wouldn't ride it without her cowboy hat...very cute.

We made this turkey pumpkin for the centerpiece at the dining table. Everyone wrote something they were thankful for on a turkey feather.
